Starting on Saturday, October 15, 2011 Japanese eyewear label EFFECTOR will be presenting its entire collection with the launch of EFEFCTOR® EYEWEAR TOKYO. This contemporary retail space will be housed inside the anticipated HANKYU MEN’S TOKYO space. To commemorate the opening of the line’s first flagship store, the brand will also release its ever-popular “fuzz” model. Inspired by rock music and its aesthetics, this made in Japan matte black framed item will be released in a limited run of 20 pairs and priced at ¥23,100 JPY (approximately $301 USD). Along with the opening, a special event is also scheduled to take place on Thursday, October 13, 2011 and will feature EFFECTOR’s long-time collaborator, TOWA TEI and acclaimed electro house artist DJ FUMIYA.
