BEAMS x BUZZ RICKSON 2010-11 Fall/Winter "Modern Aviator" Collection

BEAMS and TOYO ENTERPRISE’s BUZZ RICKSON label link up to create a new capsule for the 2010-11 fall/winter season titled, “Modern Aviator”. Based on BUZZ RICKSON’s stellar reproductions, the aviation inspired range re-creates a number of staple outerwear pieces from both pre and post World War II eras. Included is the “Souvenir Jacket”, the L-2 U.S. worn by the Air Force, the B-10 worn by the U.S. Army Air Force, the B-15C (MOD.) worn by the U.S. Air Force and finally, the U.S. Navy G1 jacket. The collection will be unveiled via a special event in Tokyo on October 1st, 2010 at BEAMS Shibuya. The event will conclude on October 11th and then move to Osaka for a showing at BEAMS Osaka.
