Vans OTW Launch Philly

The Left Over Milk provides us with some coverage of the recent Vans OTW launch in Philly. The event took place at popular retailer UBIQ, with appearances by Eric Elms, Dimitri Coste, and The Blackouts (Ako and Atiba Jefferson), all key members of the OTW initiative.
