Linda Bruner - Song Linda Wrote Herself

Today marks the release of Linda Bruner’s Songs For A Friend. Her life story is as haunting, captivating and sad as her music. The six tracks featured on the EP have all been recorded in the sixties and are mainly interpretation by Bruner of known songs. The singer is thought to be alive, though her whereabouts are not known. She is descibed as being “on the run” and wanted for check fraud. Check out the collection’s only original “Song Linda Wrote Herself” which appears to be recording of a studio booth sessions. Bruner was 17 at that time.
