Japanese lifestyle brand MUJI has taken their well-documented design aesthetic to a digital format as they unveil new apps for the iPhone and iPad. The range expands over three different utilitarian-minded apps while a fourth app is essentially a catalog for Japanese iPhone users. The apps include MUJI Calendar, MUJI Notebook, and MUJI to Go (for the iPad). The MUJI Calendar app allows for Google Calendar synchronization or use on its own with several customizable features. The MUJI Notebook app features touches of MUJI’s affordable yet smartly designed stationery for different text and visual takings. Finally, the MUJI to Go app is perfect for the global traveler to keep track of all the different elements that cross your mind when traveling such as a time, weather, currencies and which power socket to use.
