David Ellis in The Run UP

David Ellis is much more than an artist – he’s an engineer, musician, electrician and mad scientist. All of his talents combine and the result are his masterful works of digital time-lapse imagination he calls motion painting. In this artist feature, from Upper Playground’s “The Run Up”, we get an inside view into Ellis’ mind-boggling multi-sensory pieces as well as his motion painting, Paint on Trucks in a World in Need of Love, which was recently exhibited at MoMA.
