We first caught wind of this unique project a few days back, but now DQM offers a closer look, with images of the final product between Vans Vault, famous artist/Juxtapoz founder Robert Williams, and DQM.
Offered below is a better look at the hand painted Robert Williams Vans Vault Era’s. If you haven’t already, make sure you take a minute to watch the video (below) of him rolling out the canvas in his garage, painting it, bringing it to China and having it cut up and placed on the shoe. You don’t see an effort like that on most artist shoe collaborations. This is a true collectors item. They go on sale this Saturday October 31st, only at DQM.
