Southern California product Jeff Soto is at the fore-front of the pop surrealism art movement with most of his work implementing the man vs nature theme, featuring mythical creatures in dream like scenarios. With a very successful book released in 2005, the talented artist’s newest book titled Storm Clouds features work from his solo politically charged exhibitions spanning the last 3 years. Included is an introduction from Peter Frank with contribution essays from artist Mark Murphy whom is responsible for book design, David Choe and Jeff himself. With over 154 pages, the archival edition hard bound book comes in two different forms: a standard edition with special cover printing or a limited edition with signed book, custom printed box and including 4 archival prints as well. 100 copies were available at the recent San Diego Comic Con, with the rest slated for a late July release.
