Although the likes of Cartier, Rolex and Panerai are out of the price range of many, designers and fashion houses have provided their own offerings to the higher-end timepiece market at more affordable prices. British designer Paul Smith has released his 2008 spring/summer collection which has yielded some contemporary designs in-line with the brand’s direction and aesthetic.

Nike SB has been steadily releasing solid line-ups all through 2008. For June, Nike will be releasing some classic silhouettes in some summer colorways ranging from Aurora Blue, Midnight Fog, to Island Teal. This release includes a selection of Dunks (Lo’s & Mid’s), Blazer Hi’s, Zoom Tres, Zoom Classics, and Zoom Air Harbors. Most will be available at your local SB account stores, excluding the European release only Blazer Hi’s.
Two familiar partners in crime, massive Japanese sneaker store Atmos has had the pleasure of working with New Balance on numerous occasions to fulfill the large Japanese appetite for the NB. We’ve seen distinct design patterns emanating from the Land of the Rising Sun as the Japanese are known to adore concept driven footwear as well as more liberal creations. The latest Atmos x New Balance collabo features a color-changing upper which changes colors relative to heat. A July release date has been set however aside from Atmos NY, don’t expect these to be too readily available outside of Japan.

Another sleek release is on deck from adidas Originals. The Campus Vintage Lux combines the terrace classic Campus with understated highlights such as a suede and patent leather upper. The insides are given an added touch of luxury with leather insoles. Look for these to hit adidas Originals accounts later this week.

Skateboard P and General Nigo have been known for their extreme jewelry game, the iced-out G-shock being one of their most noticeable pieces. Now that a lot of people are following in their footsteps, Pharrell has decided to step his game up and show us his new custom the “Dark-side” G-shocks, iced out with black stones on the Black and Pink Bape G-Shocks and featuring a white BBC astronaut on the back.
