Creator of many legendary metal album art covers, artist Ed Repka participated in Mishka’s 2008 spring collection with his own social commentary tee, “Lobotimizer”. With work spanning Megadeth, Vic Rattlehead, Death, Nuclear Assault, Violence, Possessed, Defiance and more recently, Municipal Waste and 3 Inches of Blood, a subsequent interview reveals Repka’s thoughts on his artwork. The strong relationships seen within metal album artwork and the music itself represents an undeniable bond with the music and not without its fair share of memorable imagery. The Reebok Freestyle shoe has been popular for its comfort and support in women’s Aerobics. Lately though, it has become a shoe of fashion, being used as a collaboration project between Colette and Married to the Mob earlier this month. This collaboration with Milkfed, the popular Japanese brand, shows the use of pastels as inspiration. There will be five colors available perfect for the springtime. No release date is set.

Based on a monochromatic palette the collection is of upmost quality and craftsmanship. In extremely limited quantities this collection consisting of a Garage Jacket, Mohair Sweater, Hoody, T-Shirt and Pro-Tex Blue Jean will be available for Altamont’s Fall 2008 Release.
