Original Fake by the artists KAWS has released two new t-shirts from the Spring ‘08 collection which are based on two of his more popular figures, the Companion and the Chum. According to Firmament, “the Kaws´ Companion figure was first shown in New York at the New Gallery in Soho and at his first exhibition in Tokyo – Kawsone – at Parco.” while the Chum remains one of KAWS’ most sought after toy. So for those who missed out on the figures, you can now get the tees at Firmament.
Combining different sneaker models and creating hybrid mutant sneakers have been a recent pastime for the Nike designers at Beaverton. The newest breed is this sneaker which Nike has forged together using the upper of the ACG Wildwood, the Air Max 90 Swoosh, the Nike Free Trail Sole and the “Ultramarine” Air 180 colorway resulting in this Nike Wildwood 90 Free Trail. Available coming this month at Nike retailers for $90.

Stussy Deluxe is Stussy’s take on high end streetwear which is catered for street heads that have grown up both age wise and style wise. Designer for Stussy Deluxe, Nick Bower, takes the classic street silhouettes such as military uniforms and sportswear and integrates that with premium materials, embroidery and cutting. We have previously seen some pieces from Stussy Deluxe’s Spring 2008 collection but coming Friday, Stussy Deluxe will be launching its very own website where the whole Spring ‘08 collection can be seen. You might have previously seen this Kangol 504 on the heads of some key industry figures. Now, this Fragment Design x Kangol 504 will soon hit top boutiques like Firmament coming mid April. For this tropic yarn knit hat, Hiroshi Fujiwara from Fragment Design has chosen to six different two-tone color schemes. According to Being Hunted, “While one set of hats will be distributed through hand-picked
traditional hat shops around the world, the opposite color assortment
will be sold through premier boutiques where the previous Fragment x
Kangol series were found.”
