Upon its original release, the black Fragment Design x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star represented thedesign prowess of Hiroshi Fujiwara. The simple two tone color scheme created a perfect balance. Fragment Design has returned to offer a similarly designed All Star with the concept of (PRODUCT) Red in mind. The colorway is identical to the black version albeit for the symbolic use of red. Fullcircle has taken the route of simplicity as their prevailing spring/summer 2008 theme. The mature sportswear line focuses on mostly neutral colors. Their selection of jackets seen here include the double-breasted Mac made with shape memory technology to create a personal look as it molds to your body. Probably considered one of the better sneaker magazines, Shoes Master will be releasing their 9th issue this month on March 31st. This issue will revolve around the theme of sneakers that you can wear in the city as well as out of the city. It will also feature over 700 new products including the Visvim x COMME des GARCONS and Fragment Design x Nike collaborations. Shoes Master Vol. 9 will retail for 690 Yen so check your local Japanese bookstore for details.
From SiLLY THiNG’s new publishing department comes their first SiLLY THiNG book which was done in conjunction with the brand, Maison Martin Margiela. There currently isn’t much details on this interesting project but the book goes on sale today at most major book stores in Hong Kong. If you happen to have access to a bookstore in Hong Kong, do check out this new book.
Here is a preview of an upcoming Dunk from Nike’s skateboarding line, Nike SB. This Dunk SB is supposely inspired by Michelangelo, a character from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon that we all watched while growing up. No word on when these sneakers will be released but supposely it should be released this year.
