As part of a select few that has weathered that storm all these years, here’s a look at their 2008 Spring/Summer collection of tees.
With our look at the Futura x Stussy “Destiny” collection yesterday, we saw the strong influences of prints created exclusively for the Destiny collection by Futura. The latest use of the Destiny Jungle Camo can be seen on the Pillica sandal from Tatami. Available this weekend, March 29th with a suggested price tag of ¥23,940 JPY (approximately $239 USD).

As a tribute to the 1st anniversary of Tokyo’s UNDFTD, the sneaker retailer powerhouse has aligned itself with Medicom Toys on a set of 100% and 400% Bearbricks. A matching pin-striped t-shirt will also be available upon the release. The pack will be available this Saturday, March 29th at UNDFTD Tokyo.

2008 was a huge year for Stussy as they opened several new Stussy Flagship stores in North America. The new stores which have already opened include Stussy Honolulu, Stussy Las Vegas and Stussy Toronto. The latest and perhaps last Stussy store that’s opening this year is the Stussy Washington DC Flagship store. Partnering up with Omar Quiambao who also owns Commonwealth, this new Flagship store will have its opening party on April 3rd with Biz Markie as the special guest DJ.

Sanrio’s famous Hello Kitty character continues to hit Japanese brands such as Atmos, Undercover and now, KIKS TYO. The latest Hello Kitty collaboration is this KIKS TYO “Hoshino Akitty” tee which is done with the sexy Japanese bikini model, Hoshino Aki. Three designs will be released, the first two featuring Hello Kitty while the last one will feature Hoshino Aki. The first tee will be released in April followed by second tee in May and the third tee in July. Pre-order for the first tee is now available at KIKS TYO.
