Supreme has finally unveiled more details shots of their upcoming collaboration alongside long time partner, Vans. The collection will feature both the Mountain Edition and Old Skool models in a tonal premium leather and nubuck suede combo. Each model receives four color treatments with a release date scheduled for December 4th online at at their Flagship locations. Japan will see a drop a couple of days later on December 6th, 2008.
