It was as simple as “one day I just decided to try to make a hat” for Still Life’s creative director Frenel Morris. From it’s humble beginnings, Still Life’s comprehensive range is a true extension of Frenel Morris and Jesse Nicely. When you browse through Still Life’s array of hats, you may feel an intriguing relationship between the name of the hat and it’s given name. Many of the hats are influenced by New York City, friends, family, music, money, desire and love and having said that the names bestowed upon each hat reflect that. The handcrafted hats are manufactured in New York and created with versatility and functionality in mind. Given the chance, check out the Still Life boutique on 77th Orchard Street for their latest Fall 2007 Collection.
