A year ago, DC Shoes set in motion a special multi-year project with fitted cap makers New Era. Dubbed 20|94, this project was borne out of the innate drive of pushing the design envelope.
The latest product from this relationship is the DC Volcano. The lime green and white premium leather upper is met with black suede highlights and red baseball stitching on the tongue. The black suede is comprised of Super Suede, a material 50% more durable than conventional suede while still maintaining the regular feel of suede; a material perfect for skating. Look for a matching New Era cap to compliment this release.
Available now at Shoeciety for 130 EUR (approximately $177 USD).
French online magazine/store BKRW are celebrating their 1st Anniversary in fashion with the collaboration of a pair of sunglasses with Hong Kong brand NSBQ (Ning Si Bu Qu). These sunglasses are rumored to be one among many upcoming collaborative projects for BKRW.
Only 50 pairs of sunglasses will be produced. The Black Rainbow store in Paris and a secret Hong Kong location are the only two spots releasing these sunglasses. The sunglasses are themed after two unique entities; the color purple represents Black Rainbow while the shmagh pattern represents NSBQ. Together the two form a monogram pattern which will be marked with a wooden box and numbered temples. September 11th will mark the release of the sunglasses with an event by MC Syan in the works.
