As you may or may not know, CYC Design Corporation is the Canadian producer of high quality, heavy weight sweats for Supreme, Alife, aNYthing and their own in house brand Wings & Horns. This Fall CYC is set to launch a new line of basics by the name of Reigning Champ. The premiere Reigning Champ collection is inspired by boxing and baseball and features a collection of pullovers, zip up hoodies and crewneck sweaters, in both solid and pinstriped colorways. Reigning Champ will be available this fall at Union LA/NY, Huf SF, Livestock in Canada, and in Europe at WoodWood, Starcow, Caliroots, Patta and other top accounts.

Fresh off their debut NASCAR Race, Commonwealth have hooked up with New Era once again on some fitted caps, this time dressed in Bengal and Siberian Tiger prints. These hats are available at Commonwealth’s Norfolk location today, June 30th and will be available Monday, July 2nd at Commonwealth D.C. and on Cmonwealth.com
To coincide with the new flagship store openings this year, Burton worked with a group of friends and family from around the world on some exclusive Burton Flagship store products. The project is called Artist 13 Series, and it’s called this because, as of July 13, 2007, Burton will release a new product on the 13th of each month for one full year. The Zoo York Institute have released a new series of collaboration artist decks. Zoo York’s Artist Series III features custom graphics from nine of today’s top creative masterminds including Eric Elms (aka, Adorn), Nate Nedorostek, Bryan Collins, Pablo Medina (aka, Cubanica), Jim Zbinden (aka, Pulp68), AKA x Skuf, and Zoo York’s very own in-house designers Pete Panciera (aka, Connect) and Damien Correll. These decks are now available at authorized Zoo York dealers around the world.
The Freshjive Resurgent Series is a collection of t-shirts featuring the first 4 graphics Rick Klotz ever designed way back in 1989. Rick first came up with these graphics for an agit prop assignment when he was still in art school. The Resurgent Series shirts are now available online at Digital Gravel and at the Reserve store on Fairfax in LA.
Between 89 and 92, Freshjive used to do promotional videos. Frank Sacramento, who was getting into video direction at the time (De La Soul, House of Pain, Dru Hill, Sir Mix A lot, etc.) used to film them for Freshjive. In reference to their OLD VIDEO, Freshjive have put out a NEW VIDEO, which features 2 of Rick Klotz OG friends, Ben Gruenberg and Sandman, who also appear in the first videos.
