New York brand No Mas recently released three of their latest tees for summer of 2007. Among the tees are two special limited edition joints, the Stu Ungar and the Haru Urara as well as the Thunderbird Hotel shirt.
The Stu Ungar tee features legendary poker and gin rummy player, Stuey “The Kid” Ungar who’s eclectic past make him a worthy candidate for a shirt. Also featured is the Haru Urara shirt which honors the Japanese racehorse who failed to cross the finish line first over a series of 113 races. Both these shirts were designed by Mikey Duzyj with each of the 250 shirts personally signed and numbered.
Finishing off this first release of tees is the Sunny Liston inspired Thunderbird Hotel shirt. This t-shirt is a remake of a t-shirt previously seen on Sonny Liston. The reason for the remake is a testament to the past, in the days before PPV where boxing matches were only available live.
Available now at Boundless NY.
