Japanese footwear brand Madfoot! would probably embody imitation as the sincerest form of flattery quite literally. In the past they’ve dropped some colorways similar to popular sneakers from other brands. For this upcoming month they have three colors of the Mad Base Mid and two styles of the Mad Professor Lo. The Mad Professors are available now while the Mad Base Mids will drop soon at eproze.
Naoto of Japanese band Orange Range has embarked on his own solo project titled delofamilia. His first album Quiet Life under this new project includes a t-shirt produced by brand Neighborhood. The tee reminiscent of old concert tees is finished with a vintage wash. Available at Neighborhood Tokyo as well as the hnyee.Store.
Reebok has created the “Pump Bring Back” Collection based on some of their most iconic Pump models from the late 80s and early 90s. These include slam dunk champion Dee Brown’s Omni Lite and D-Time as well as American tennis sensation Michael Chang’s Court Victory Pump. Available exclusively to XLarge, Undefeated and Atmos.
An early look into COMME des GARÇONS designer Junya Watanabe’s team up with everybody’s classic favorite Vans has surfaced. The black leather SK8-HI features contrast stitching, custom insole and what appears to be woven leather laces. No word on availability.
