Basketball-lifestyle brand k1x is about to launch it`s brand new fall collection “step in the arena”. The line was inspired by the golden era of the New York hip hop scene and NYC playground basketball. The name of the collection was adapted from the legendary hip hop album “step in the arena” released by Gang Starr in 1991. The look is a mixture of urban guerrilla styles (army fatigue, customized k1x camouflage, windbreakers, wifebeater, boots, parkas, hoodys) and classic east coast hip hop styles (thick down jackets, baggy jeans, fitted caps, oversized tees, all over prints, baseball jackets, beanies, waffle shirts, polo shirts, sneakers). Here’s the newest colorways for the Ubiq Qwerty which features both canvas and suede materials on the upper. The warmer colors used on these sneakers are fit for the upcoming winter season. However, the darker colors used doesn’t mean that the shoes will be boring because at the back of the shoe are some unique cross stitches as well as some hanging beads. Available at Chapter World.
