Las Vegas sneakerheads get amped! The next Sole Collector + Niketown competition is coming to your city. This is the grand finale of the SC Event series, so you know this will be a monumental event. Continue to read for more info and event details.

The Sole Collector/NT traveling sneakerhead competition will land at NIKETOWN Las Vegas (in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace) on July 22nd. This all day affair will showcase the category winners from each city during the day and also feature special Nike collections and high-profile speakers conducting Q&A sessions. The main event will begin at 11:59 pm, where the winners from each city will go head to head for a chance to be named the national champion and win the best Grand Prize yet!

EVENT DETAILS
We know you’re all anxious about the line — here’s how it’s going to go:

* The line can begin forming on Wednesday, July 19th at 11:59 pm in front of NIKETOWN Las Vegas
* Starting Thursday, the 20th at 8 am, the Nike team will issue people in line with a wristband; your information will be taken down and you will be given a time to come back to NIKETOWN for your first check in on Friday; after that, enjoy Las Vegas and gear up for the competition (be sure to wear your hottest Nike iD kicks while you’re waiting in line — details on this to follow)
* Wristbands will continue to be issued at NIKETOWN LV’s 2nd floor customer service desk throughout the day on Thursday and Friday, so, as soon as you arrive, head to the store to get your band
* If you miss wristband distribution during store hours on Thursday or Friday, you can begin lining up again at 11:59 pm on either night for early morning wristband distribution, which will begin at 8 am the following day
* DO NOT MISS YOUR FIRST CHECK IN! If you do, you’ll have to go to the back of the line to get a new wristband; additional info will be provided on future checkpoints at your first check in — that includes the 411 on the shoe produced exclusively for this event (trust us, it’s hot)

Now that you have the line and wristband info, it’s time to book hotel reservations! Las Vegas certainly has a variety of hotels, but Nike has a block of rooms right at Caesars Palace on Friday and Saturday evening for a special rate of $199 per night. Just call (800) 634-6661 and reference the “Nike” group to reserve a hotel room.
