If anyone who is visiting China soon, the Shanghai based street cultural magazine “Urban” is definitely worth checking out. From sneakers to fashion, it is just simply amazing to see how China evolved in terms of street casual fashion to become one of the strongest market that everyone has to beware of. (yes, even HF was there.)

W)taps has always been one of the finest “military inspired” label in street fashion world today, since 2004 they have also releasing their own magazine “Philosophy zine”, displaying the unique world and style of the designer TET (Tetsu Nishiyama) himself and his friends, and one of the most amazing thing about this book is for free and has a english translation for all the pages. Contributors of the magazine including HF (Hiroshi Fujiwara), Tsuyoshi Noguchi (one the most famous/powerful fashion stylist in Japan that brought up Undercover, Number (N)ine, W)taps to the public in the early days of the “Harajuku movement”) and more. Today TET announced the new issue of “Philosophy zine”will be releasing in the coming MAY. Look out for this amazing book in any W)taps dealer near you.

If you haven’t already noticed with my posts, I am a big advocate of Mama Clothing and the whole M.I.S.S. movement (no homo). I’m also definitely a fan of Mama’s cute interns and models. (damn right no homo) The ladies are definitely doing their thing, so head on over to Gabriella’s blog, The Glamarous Life to catch pics and vids from a recent spring fashion event that showcased some of Mama’s impressive pieces.
