MIKE recently revealed to us their latest project, and it’s evident of how the sneaker cutlure is meshing with lifestyle products. The good folks at MIKE gave us these images of their custom crackle sofa with built in footwear display cases. This is definitely one way to show your love for sneakers. Now you can sit in your sofa along with your buddies, and just have them admire some of your best kicks. I’m going to guess that custom crackle bed sheets are next.

Steven Vogel will be releasing a new book on the streetwear/street culture soon. The image above is not the cover for the book, but Steven Vogel has informed us that there will be two covers – one by Invisble:Man and another by NBHD. The book should come out in February through publishing company, Thames and Hudson. This should be a very good read about our culture today, so be on the look out when it drops.
