A new 1000% Plastic Kaws Bearbrick was expected to be released at the Be@rbrick World Wide Tour. What was unveiled, however, isn’t 1000% and it isn’t plastic either. What we have is a 400% laser-engraved wooden Be@rbrick! This thing weighs in at 5 1/2 pounds and comes in an amazing package! Absolutely stunning. $450 if you want one… that is if you can find one. You can all add Vienna, Austria to your list of must-visit spots. Stil Laden have just recently opened up one of the nicest sneaker shops I’ve seen in a minute. Their mantra is “to tell the stories of the sneaker,” and the result is amazing. It truely feels like more of a gallery than a store. Stil Laden also hosts an ‘Urban Lab’ which currently features work by Ben Sansbury of Gimme 5, Chloe, and Mo’Wax. Info via High*Snobiety.
I don’t know how this hasn’t been posted yet.. but Crooked Tongues has the details on the re-release of this 80s tech monster. The AF2 Escape was easily the nicest AF2 released to date, so of course the next generation version is serious business. 12 freakin’ eyelets! These things are huge. Rumor has it that these may not be released.. we can all hope Nike comes to their senses.
