That’s right, Bape is doing a collaboration with Marvel. Together, they’re creating Marvel Bapestas which will include colorways inspired by characters such as Spiderman, Captain America, Hulk, Silver Surfer, Thor, Iron man and the Human Torch. These new Nike X Mr. Cartoon Air Force Ones will be coming out in LA stores only on July 9th, 2005. According to surfsnow80 on Niketalk, ‘the Clown faces on the vamp/toe have replaced the spider web to differentiate from the one that was given out by Cartoon last year.’

June 27 (Bloomberg) — Nike Inc., the world’s biggest athletic-shoe maker, said fourth-quarter earnings rose 15 percent, beating analysts’ estimates, spurred by sales of high- priced Air Jordan and Shox sneakers.
I’m not sure if this is old news or not but I haven’t seen these Nike linerless Air Max Ones before. I must admit that I didn’t really like this concept at first but now it’s growing on me.If they are real, I hope will apply this linerless idea to other shoes of theirs.
