I'm finding out that RUNNING is the proven way to get abs and a toned body period! i know u lazy asses hate that word cuz i hate it as well, but the best advice i can give yall is that CARIDIO will the trick every time along with the a good diet.. that is all, thank me later, im a living proof of that.. again, FUCK THE GIMMICKS, just RUN NUKKA!

How much would you say per day? Because I run every night but thats right after I'm done at the gym so I'm already exhausted as hell so I can get 3-5 miles.

same thing i do, i go to the gym around 1 or 2 to do weights and then since i hate running, i usually get the energy at night to do it so i run around 2.5 miles along with a protein diet with few carbs, and no drinking alcohol and sparingly on sweets.
