i feel you bruv. i got them put on last month, and could barely brush my teeth for a week after that. i was on a strictly gerber diet for a straight week. twas not poppin

When I first got my braces it only hurt for a week... but after they stopped hurting I pretty much ate whatever I want. Don't eat haggen daz doe, I learned the hard way.

any pastas without hard foods innit. mashed potatoes... mac and cheese. soup. PHO! .. uh

or.. you could get really really high and try to eat whatever. honestly, it took me about 2-3 months to eat really hard food normally again.
