man this tread will make you laugh and cry at the same time. This is sad though, but since someone actually knows them y'all should probably stop with the jokes.

i feel bad for the guy who tried to save his friend, but why was the first kid pulling the cover off a cesspool to begin with? what exactly were they trying to do? it's hard to feel bad for someone who died doing something stupid, i definitely feel bad for his buddy though who lost his life trying to help his stupid friend.

can someone explain what a cesspool is and why they got brain damage plz.

Most houses nowadays have cesspools, which are usually buried beneath the ground. This is where all your waste relocates (dishwater, shower, toilet, etc.) and undergoes a process in which it solidifies and allows all water to seep out through the holes in the pool itself, and then into the dirt and soil around it (unsure of the exact process, correct me if I'm wrong). The one that these kids fell into was 16 feet deep, with the waste filling up roughly eight feet.

According to my friends in the fire department, they lost consciousness due to all the fumes; mainly methane. The severity of it caused them to pass out within a minute of inhalation or so.

I would have called the cops before I thought about jumping into the cesspool. If he saw his friend couldn't get out what made him think he could? Like someone else said he's a down ass ♥♥♥♥♥. Hats off to him.
