It all depend on your budget and how much you are willing to put into it. Since you are starting out I'd recommend contacting your local screenprinting shop to start printing your t-shirts. They should also have samples of blanks for you to try out such as gildan, Alstyle, American Apparel, etc. Then it is up to you to choose which blank shirts is going to best fit what your looking for. I personally like alstyle because it is somewhat similar to the stussy fit.
Also, having a factory make your shirts to your specifications is probably going to be a lot of money especially since many apparel manufacturers do not do small orders for companies.
