Quick question: I recently received my first pair of sammys s 710 bk's and just realized today that they are tagged w 34 / l 36. Aren't they supposed to be length 38? Don't get me wrong, now I don't have to hem them anymore, just wondering.

the 34/36 is what they should measure after a hot wash. right now they probably measure about 35/38.5.

i want to pick up some 710s to go on rotation with my imps, but i got big thighs and calves so i got some hip flares on my dukes..
so if i sized up on 710,
would they look more like a straight fit after a soak?
i don't want anything too tight but i dont want something looser like the 5000s and i do sag a little,
my true waist size is 31 and i'm about 148lbs 6'0"

if you want more shrinkage clutch, go with a hot wash no spin cycle. that or boil some water and pour that shit over your jeans if your water ain't hot enough. gotta make sure it's dry before every soak too. on another note, good shit.

2 washes-1 soak

Pics are about true-to-color. Shot with an external flash.

There's some white ink residue on my jeans. It was plastisol ink from watching a certain citizen and a rabit mongrel print shirts.

Gonna give these bad boys one last hot soak since they're fully dry.

The problem with washing, jordan, is that the waist is perfect now, and I don't want it to shrink anymore. sad

And I really don't feel like boiling up some water lol, but if it comes to that, I will. smile

Damn, I haven't even had these long, and I'm already in love. Definately looking like a great investment more and more. My only problem is the stacking. Albeit it's not too bad, it does need to settle better. :/
