Im starting to think these are too small for me because its really tight in the thighs and if I soaked it I probably wouldnt be able to put them on.

Damn, well honestly you had them hemmed so you can't return them to BiG.
You never know, they might stretch out to be nice but try & get some fit pics?

Damn Brad if it's that tight on you presoak, good luck with the post soak. Fit is proper, imo. It'll look fine once everything's settled.

they arent gonna stretch a whole bunch. might wanna wear em without soaking. or if you're thinkin of selling hold off on soaking as well.... that'll add a couple more bucks on your price.

of all the samurai cuts, why did you choose 710 ?

because before I bought them I wore apc rescues size 30 that I tapered and fit well. The measurements on both the 710s and rescues are very similar so I figured these would fit well.

The unsettled stack throw the fit off anyway, soak them and cuff or hem them.. Should be fine.

He already hemmed them down to 36, so they should shrink to around 33 like mine did.

I think the fit should be good B-Rad. But damn, shit looks like its going up your ass like a bitch.

If you decide to keep them, I could add you to the contest list.

Theyre still in the process of drying but I took some measurements. If they dont fit me when they're dry ill sell them and buy a 33 or look for a different cut.

Samurai S710XX 32x36

Waist: 16
Front Rise: 11
Thigh: 11.5
Knee: 8.5

Hopefully they fit you. It seems like your body type really isn't made for the slim/tapered cut.

How big are your thighs/calfs if you don't mind me asking?

why soak them? it'll only shrink them. plus take fifty+ bucks off your asking price if you decide to sell

legs around 23, calves around 15.5

Our legs are basically almost the same size. If I bought a 33 or 34 they would fit me the same as yours fit.

You basically got the same lower body build as me, except my calves are 16".
34 fits me perfectly, I don't know you could try sizing up one but since we basically have the same measurements I don't think a 33 would be good either.

All I could say is try a different cut, a cut with a bigger upper thigh & knee measurement.

I really love the tapered fit but it sucks cause I have huge ass calves & I really can't get a leg opening under 8.25 or else it will hug the shit outta my calves.

^Basically everything fits good from the knee down but everything from the knee up including the waist is too small lol.

Ill just sell these and buy a 34.

Ahh, that's not good. Sounds like you might have to sell them & go for a different cut.

Hearing from other members, Sams don't stretch much at all. But if there is tension it will stretch eventually, you can give it a shot.

GOLDENi: Ok we'll go for 12 months and in the end the one with most votes wins. Those who have already started wearing them got advantages, but that doesn't mean they will end up with nicer fades. So when do we get this contest started?

B-RaD: why don't you try 3000vx or 510xx they have bigger wider legs.

3000vx ones are slightly bigger but they are only 17oz.

I think ASAP would be best to get this started.

So, let's say, Monday? Is that good for everyone?

I will send a PM to everyone with details tomorrow. I will also ask Sonny to make a thread, if possible, if not I'll just make one my own.

I agree b3ck, the fit is actually pretty nice. Yes it is tight on his thighs but they look pretty good.

Also, can you button that all the way B-Rad? I'm guessing you probably can but you didn't even try cause they're so damn hard to button.

So you in the contest B-Rad?
