As Friday came to a close, it was announced that Amazon’s current CEO had increased his net worth to the tune of approximately $4.6 billion USD. Amazon’s stock has soared more than $59 (15 percent), to a calculated $449 USD per share since Thursday, when it was first reported that Amazon Web Services had generated an astonishing $1.57 billion USD in revenue during the first quarter of this year.
