Continuing the theme of his sophomore album G I R L, Pharrell Williams recently curated an art exhibition of the same name at Galerie Perrotin‘s newest space, Salle de Bal –- a former ballroom at the Hôtel du Grand Veneur. Transforming the 17th century hall into a remarkable exhibition, “G I R L” featured 48 works from some of the art world’s most illustrious names including Marina Abramovic and Ulay, Daniel Arsham, JR, Alex Katz, Kaws, Takashi Murakami, Yoko Ono, Terry Richardson, Cindy Sherman and Andy Warhol. Of the 48 pieces, 12 were specially produced for the show and featured motifs of Pharrell and his i am OTHER imprints. The show will be open from now till June 25.
