Mercedes-Benz SL 63 AMG World Championship 2014 Collector's Edition

In celebration of its success in this year’s Formula 1 World Championships, Mercedes-Benz has released two limited edition models of the SL 63 AMG paying tribute to its two F1 drivers Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg. The world champion himself Hamilton decided to go with the black colorway, while fellow team-mate Rosberg opted to go with all white base. Mercedes has announced it will only be producing 19 models of each car making it one of the most sought-after cars ever to come out in the recent years. Each individual vehicle is dedicated to one of the 19 F1 tracks used throughout the year, and is identifiable through some of its equipment and detailing. Ultra-limited editions aside, the SL 63 AMG boasts a 5.5 litre V8 biturbo engine that can pump out an impressive 585 hp. Priced at a cool €320,110 EUR (approximately $399,630 USD), the World Championship 2014 collectors edition of the Mercedes-Benz SL 63 AMG is your chance to own a part of Mercedes F1 history and for those of you really wanting to go all out, you can even purchase the cars as a pair for €629,510 EUR (approximately $785,890 USD).
