Kanye West Drops a Musical Tribute to Michael Jordan in Chicago
Kanye West recently delivered another one of his glorious auto-tuned speech/songs to his hometown audience in Chicago. In the musical tribute, West addresses all of Michael Jordan’s accomplishments and what MJ as an individual contributed to the sport of basketball and the city of Chicago. Repenting Jordan’s ‘forced’ decision to play for the Wizards, Ye makes it clear that it just wasn’t right and that it was just another case of someone being held down. As outlandish as these auto-tuned soliloquies may seem to some, there’s the underlying message that should not be missed: Dream more, hate less.
Below is a small excerpt from the musical tribute to Michael Jordan.
We should’ve never let MJ ever play for the Wizards
Never never never never let him go
Because til I die MJ represents the Bulls
So tonight I’m about to put my 23 on
So tonight I gotta put my 23 on
