Since first being introduced back in 2008, Australian label Song for the Mute has been defined by its free-flowing garments absent of bold colors. The preview of their forthcoming Fall/Winter 2013 “Septieme” collection seems to evoke a similar sentiment as past offerings. Black drop-crotch trousers remain – this time offered in a variety of different cuts that highlight and accentuate various parts of the leg for the wearer. The outerwear elements are more traditional in nature, drawing from materials like wool and nylon on the equally achromatic palette as the trousers. Expect to see more details regarding pricing and availability of the items as a more definitive release date nears.
