Jay-Z to take a break from music to hang out with daughter

After announcing his two-day music festival, Made In America, earlier today, Hov also disclosed that he will be taking some time off from music. The news should come as no surprise seeing as he is a new dad and all. Expectantly, the reasoning is Jay wanting to spend time with newborn, Blue Ivy. See his statement below, regarding the issue.

“I thought I would be more inspired to have all these new feelings to talk about, but I really just want to hang out with my daughter,” Jay-Z told Billboard from the steps of the Philadelphia Art Museum on Monday. “I want to enjoy this time for what it is. I’m sure that bug to get back in the studio will come back at some point.”
