Beirut unveils their latest video for “Vabagond” off of their 2011 offering The Rip Tide. Helmed by Sunset Television, the black-and-white clip offers a WWII soldier-nurse romance type of vibe, thus complementing the nostalgic tone of the song. It was inspired by the aesthetic of Milos Forman films from the 1960s. Watch it above, and regarding the heay smoking and drinking in the video, do not try this at home folks.
