Nike‘s Engineered Mesh is set for big things in 2013 with the lightweight material set to appear on a long list of both heritage and modern silhouettes including the Nike Air Max 97 Premium EM. Coming in the original Silver and Varsity Red makeup, this version does away with the traditional leather and fabric upper in favor of a light and breathable engineered mesh upper with leather overlays. Engineered Mesh aside, the shoe stays true to its roots with a full-length Nike Air unit. Look for these to drop this coming January at select retailers including Atmos.
