On its last hurrah before ceasing operations in 2013, mastermind JAPAN showcased its Fall/Winter 2012 in Shanghai. Representing the brand’s last ever fall/winter offering, the “new order” collection incorporated heavy dosages of leather and patterns such as leopard and plaid. Long known for its absence of color, the changing times saw the usage of some uncharacteristically bright colors that have gone against the usual black and white visual identity that has marked the brand over nearly 15 years of existence. The collection will begin hitting stores on August 18, 2012.
