Pendleton meets Opening Ceremony

Available over the next coming months at Opening Ceremony, the brand’s latest collaborative collection with outdoors brand Pendleton entitled ‘Pendleton meets Opening Ceremony’ is nearlly ready to fly off the shelves. Here’s a chance to see shots from the lookbook for the spring/summer 2010 line. The plaid/check inspired collection has been awaited by many for almost a year now; the unique collection takes staple cuts and gives them an all-plaid makeover. Frankly the sight of this collection is better than the sound as it appears more advanced than one might hope. Take a look for yourselves here.

    don’t wanna rain on everyones parade but i don’t see anything new or fresh about these clothes.. these patterns and style have been around the south for soooo long. esp the girls clothing. did someone from nyc take a vaca and get some inspiration and call it their own? most of these items i could make simply by going to a fabric store and sewing myself
