i think this new direction is a giant step forward for bape, i’m a bit iffy about the camo in every colour of the rainbow, so to me this new collection is just what i wanted a bathing ape to do…

on a side note if you look up bape’s vintage garments from the 90s, they were much closer to this sort of style. i hope it continues how it is now. the ursus stuff seems equally sick.

not bad, its clean and all, but i miss the kinda stuff they had in like 2003-05. i miss all the camo and really out there designs that really defined bape as a clothing company. This looks like stuff id see at some snotty place in Paris or somethin,

BAPE used to be streetwear, and now its preppy, what happened???

    @ RovbertTiger
“look how much bape’s style changed in a year… from nasty hot neon colours to peacoats and high end fashion”

Its called fashion you have to some what follow it in order for your brand to survive and stay relevant

Idk. I see alot of street wear companies doing their thing these days but it’s not really catching my eye or making me say “WTF?!” like how it did when it was popping back in ‘05, ‘06, ‘07. Cool shit though nice to see the mature transition from that rainbow camo shit to this new stuff. Although you couldn’t front on the camo’s.

did Bape purposely come out with
shitty products in the passed few months
and endure all that smack talk
just to cock-smack everyone with THIS?
    damn…nice job Bape
    really clean look
nothin is overdone or TOO out there
    keep it up….please

I think they have a lot of catching up to do. There collection is solid but not as innovative as they used to be. I’m glad Nigo finally stepped down. Looks like they are starting to make some inroads to advances in the collection and better defined brand definition.

too bad BAPE really havn’t made many iconic products these yrs, but at least they have some classical models and patterns can always play with…that camo jacket is the one I need to get…I only buy BAPE products with that type of camo pattern nowadays…
