Frank Liew pulls the covers off an unforeseen footwear offering as part of adidas Originals by Originals’ 2009 fall/winter capsule with Japanese designer Kazuki Kuraishi. Incorporating a hybrid-like approach, the model features a 7-hole boot-like upper with a sneaker outsole. Two colors look to be in the works including brown/yellow and black/blue. No word yet on a release date.

Japanese designer Kazuki Kuraishi has found a way to give a boot upper a Forum like heel that from the looks of things reads not only comfort but rugged style.
