Celebrating its 40th Anniversary, COMME des GARCONS and founder Rei Kawakubo will be opening a gang of their new guerilla stores and line entitled BLACK. The collections will be sold throughout some of the more influential locations worldwide for a total of 18 months. Various locations throughout Asia have already opened up while special 2 week outlets will see a debut on June 22nd, including a corner at colette Paris and Barney’s New York.     I thought the point of Guerrilla stores was to introduce the product to the unexposed?
