The New Orient Mako Solar Chronograph Arrives in Four New Colors
Including a UK-exclusive green colorway.
Continuing to broaden its popular Mako series, Orient has just released four new Mako Diver references with chronograph functions. Going by Mako Chronograph Solar, the new watch also includes a UK-exclusive green colorway.
Offered in three colors, the basic models are comprised of a blue-dialed model with a Pepsi-colored bezel, a black version with a tonal bezel, and a white-dialed variant that’s fitted with a black uni-directional rotating bezel. Meanwhile, the UK-exclusive colorway features black subdials against a deep green dial and bezel.
Measuring 42.8mm in diameter and 13.1mm in thickness, the watch case comes in a stainless steel build, complete with matching metal bracelets. Capable of converting energy from sunlight and other light sources, these solar-powered watches can power for up to six months when fully charged.
