Nicolas Ghesquière

Transitioning from the realm of Balenciaga to Louis Vuitton within the past year has been a springboard for designer Nicolas Ghesquière. From an extremely young age, Nicolas communicated an interest in fashion, serving in positions at Jean-Paul Gaultier and agnes b. in his teenage years, before climbing the ranks at Balenciaga. As many acclaimed designers do, Ghesquiere gripped the reins of the Spanish fashion house and was able to inject a new image in place of the former’s perception, even successfully spurring on the creations of like-minded designers. Now womenswear fans wait in anticipation as Nicolas his plans on bringing a new creative approach to the revered Louis Vuitton house.
