Xescape 2007 Fall Collection

Xescape 2007 Fall Collection

Stressing a need for simple yet functional adult streetwear, Hikaru Otani set forth in 2001 to create Xescape in hopes of creating apparel that would not restrain the wearer. Xescape represents Otani’s second foray into the streetwear market, with his previous endeavor, Bootleg Booth taking off in 1994. A look at Xescape’s collection reveals a mature and sophisticated take on the everyday. A look at the 2007 Fall Collection reveals a series of garments largely inspired by culturally relevant factors such as music, pop art and the actual ongoings of the street. With a strong allegiance to quality and fit, the Xescape collection exhibits a new take on streetwear. Xescape is currently relatively difficult to come by in North America, however Fatlace (SF), Vinnies Styles (NY), Subdivision (Canada) and Kingsbury (LA) are among the select few to carry Xescape.
