Hong Kong brand SiLLY THING is in the midst of a revamping, with news that the brand will undertake a new direction for their upcoming releases. Among the first hints at a direction change, as simple as it may be is the installation of a new sign for the brand and the font chosen. Stay tuned for big things out of SiLLY THING upcoming.

The video releases no dates or information other than the 3-D Silly thing logo rotating against a white screen. If you’ve ever ventured into Hong Kong for more then a few days, Octopus Cards are pretty much standard fare. The rechargeable cards allow you to pay for anything from mass transportation to groceries and corner store products all via touchless radio waves. TK of SiLLY THING was on hand to design a special Octopus card in association with Radio 903’s Skyhigh Charity program. A whole list of collaborators can be seen here. The cards will go on sale this Saturday.
SiLLY THING is in the midsts of debuting their all new collection titled CHAPEL of DAWN. Seen here are a preview of their canvas tote bags which incorporate the Wrestling Elves designs originally conceived by artist James Jarvis. Three different sizes will release on Saturday, with a list of international retailers to come.

The friendship between singer Eason Chan and TK of Hong Kong’s SiLLY THING produced a special limited edition t-shirt for Eason’s latest string of concerts. Titled "Eason’ Moving On Stage 1", the heather gray t-shirt includes stylistic sparkle print, manufactured under great detail in Japan by Kazuki from fragment design. The detailing extends further into the presentation of the package.
Earlier this month, TK from SiLLY THING previewed their latest foray into the toy segment with their Chapel of Dawn Wrestling Elves created in association with Amos Toys. It was said that much thought and mathematically equations were needed to produce a figure which could replicate the same vision as seen on Juno Mak’s album art for his disc Chapel of Dawn. The album art was originally conceived by James Jarvis. Here’s a new updated look providing a view of both the Elves wrestling and separated. The Elves represent a struggle between good and bad. Look for these to hit the Amos Shop and SiLLY THING outlets at the end of November.
On the heels of their recent rookie foray into the toy scene with Bounty Hunter on the Cap’n Bounch figure, Hong Kong based SiLLY THING has come up with another toy collaboration with Amos Toys. The inspiration for these figures are derived from Juno Mak’s album art from his disc Chapel of Dawn. Due to the unorthodox pose of the Wrestling Elves, a lot of physics were involved to ensure authenticity and accuracy to the artwork originally done by James Jarvis. Look for these to release in November.
