In an interesting union of styles, we see whiz team-up Japanese kaiju toy purveyors SECRET
Spanning several generations of colors, decorated illustrator USUGROW teamed up with SECRETBASE
Combining elements of fashion and toys, Japanese footwear brand Ubiq was offered an opportunity by popular toy makers Secret Base to create their own Ghost figure. The ghost design incorporates the familiar transparent design with blinking LED light. The glow in the dark colors were chosen by Ubiq. Between re-opening their flagship store Lump and the recent debut of their 2008 Spring/Summer “Minor Threat” collection comes a team up with famous Japanese toy-makers Secret Base. The detailed figure has some crazy clear pink detailing and also lights up.

Japanese brand Secret Base has established itself in the toy world for its often dark imagery found on its popular products. They’ve branched out to encompass a wide variety of other items such as apparel and accessories. A series of items (including toys) are now available through Chapter World.
Japanese brand Grapple are in the works with famous Japanese toy-makers Secret Base to produce a special version of Secret Base’s Sharkman toy. The gray head is mounted on what appears to be a glow in the dark body. No word yet on a release date.

Span of Sunset is set to release the brand new Secret Base x Span of Sunset 2nd Gear Obake Ghost Original Halloween on Tuesday October 30th at 12:00 pm PST. This limited edition product features a special Halloween make-up and is based off the original and well-known Secret Base Obake Ghost. The figure will be available both online and at the store.
