With the previews continuing, the latest addition to Michael Lau’s upcoming CSBOOTH15 features a obvious inspiration from Stanley Kubrick’s cult movie classic Clockwork Orange. Much like the previous two previews including 2bb1 and 049 Jordan, Black White Orange follows Michael Lau’s distinct style of design. CSBOOTH15 Gardener Still will take place over two days, starting July 5th.

Designer Michael Lau has teamed up with Maharishi aka. MHI to create these DJ Panda and Pascagoula Gardener MHI edition figures. Both figures feature the a colorway that is often used by Maharishi, green and orange. The DJ Panda figure is 16CM tall while the Pascagoula figure is 13CM tall. Now available at Artoyz for 65 Euros.
Among a core of marquee toy-makers in Hong Kong, Michael Lau has established himself as one of the big players in the toy world. With a ton of accolades and projects, his yearly CSBOOTH 14 event is set to take place this weekend. The exhibition will include the customary release of toys. A preview sees ten toy set to go on sale. This marks a busy time for Michael Lau as just recently he came off a project with notorious fashion photographer Terry Richardson.
